Documentary Productions are costed on a case by case basis. A general rule of thumb is to allow 1 hour per minute of completed doco for editing and 1 hour per minute for scripting.
Extra time should be allowed for research of relevant subject matter.
Shooting varies on the subject matter, as does the need for sound recordists.
